Complaint / Suit:
Part A.
1. The stated defendants maintain databases of information that is illegally obtained, false, and or misleading; The stated defendants then sell this information through third party contractors and representatives to prevent themselves from being sued.
An analogy: This activity works in the exact same fashion as drug dealers - the drug lord uses individual dealers to sell illegal drugs, so that the drug lord makes money. If the individual dealers are caught, the drug lord never gets caught. The individual dealers are bound by contract (murder) not to rat-out the drug lord.
2. The defendants obtain and sell credit reporting and other background information of "related" persons without their consent; This includes neighbors, friends, references, and completely unrelated persons; these acts violate the FCRA, because neighbors, friends, references, and completely unrelated persons did not give consent to the release of their information. The defendants then attempt to show that a third party (you) gave consent, using an illegal contract. You, a third party, cannot give the consent of another party.
Part B.
1. The defendants maintain a database which cross-linked the identities of persons with the same or similar names. These acts allowed, by accident or intentionally, the ideas, inventions, and intellectual property of these individuals to be stolen or traded on the free market, causing financial distress to individuals. The defendants also collected and used copyrighted information obtained from the internet and from other sources, to slander and defile individuals. The re-publishing of these works was not done with the consent of the copyright owner. (see copyrightclassaction, 2005)
2. The defendants obtained and cross linked the medical records of individuals with the same or similar names, and gave them, without consent, or consent of the wrong party, to doctors, medical professionals, and insurance companies. These acts resulted in wrong diagnosis, physical harm, and death.
3. The defendants obtained without consent, credit records of other individuals listed at a postal address, and cross-linked, or shared this information with employers, insurers, lenders, and other persons.
Part C.
1. The defendants transmitted the social security numbers and identies of American citizens to foreign nations, in an effort to deliberately and intentionally circumvent federal laws with regard to the fair credit reporting act.
